confirm this booking by e-mail or fax as soon as possible and inform you about the price
for the requested arrangement and the bank account.
Phuket Hotel Service requests the
equivalent to one night’s accommodation on confirmation of your booking. On receipt
Phuket Hotel Service will mail or fax the necessary vouchers for hotel accommodation and
requested transfers to you immediately. The final balance must be received seven days
prior to arrival.
A. If you pay by bank remittance, please
advise your bank to send your payment by SWIFT. As it will take one week until the
remittance is cleared in Thailand, please fax a copy of the signed and stamped remittance
order to Phuket Hotel Service. On receipt Phuket
Hotel Service will mail or fax the necessary vouchers for hotel accommodation and
requested transfers to you immediately. The final balance must be received seven days
prior to arrival.
B. If you prefer to pay with American Express card,
please inform us together with your booking. We will e-mail our credit card form to you
together with our confirmation. Please print out the form, fill in all required
information, sign and fax the form back to Phuket Hotel Service. On receipt Phuket Hotel Service will mail or fax the necessary vouchers
for hotel accommodation and requested transfers to you immediately. The final balance must
be received seven days prior to arrival.
C. If you like to pay with any other credit card, please inform us
together with your booking. As we have to mail the original credit card slip to you for
signature, please advise your complete address and understand, that this procedure is only
possible, if we have 4 weeks available. On
receipt Phuket Hotel Service will mail or fax the necessary vouchers for hotel
accommodation and requested transfers to you immediately. The final balance must be
received seven days prior to arrival.
