ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้ง
ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้ง เป็น ศาสนสถานทางศาสนาพราหมณ์ ลัทธิศิวะนิกาย สร้างเมื่อพุทธศตวรรษที่ 16-18 อายุประมาณพันกว่าปีปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้ง ล้วนมีสิ่งก่อสร้างด้วยหินทรายที่งดงามลวดลายวิจิตรตะการตา ซึ่งแสดงความศรัทธาความเชื่อและความศักดิ์สิทธิ ของคนในอดีต ต่อศาสนาพราหมณ ์ลัทธิศิวะนิกาย ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้งเป็นศูนย์รวมแห่ง ความโดดเด่นงดงามในด้านศิลปะและสถาปัตยกรรม ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้ง ตั้งอยู่บนยอดเขาสูง 1,320 ฟุต จากระดับน้ำทะเล ทางขึ้นสู่ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้งสร้างด้วยหินทรายมีเสานางเรียงประดับสองข้างทางราวสะพานทำเป็นลำตัวพญานาค 5 เศียร ในวันขึ้น 15 ค่ำ เดือน 5 (ประมาณเดือน เม.ย.) ที่ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้งจะเกิดปรากฏการณ์ทางธรรมชาติซึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นครั้งเดียวในรอบปี คือในยามเช้าช่วงระหว่างเวลาประมาณ 6:30-7:30 น. แสงพระอาทิตย์จะส่องทะลุประตูทั้ง 15 ช่อง จากทิศตะวันออกไปทิศตะวันตก

The Phanom Rung Historical Park is one of the most important national parks of Thailand. The temple buildings (Prasat Hin Phanom Rung) in the Phanom Rung Historical Park are Khmer style and are based on Phanom Rung Hill. The Phanom Rung Hill is an extinct volcano. The Phanom Rung Historical Park is the place with the largest number of Khmer monuments in Thailand. The temple complex was built in sandstone and laterite around the 10th to 13th centuries as a Hindu shrine dedicated to Shiva, The historical park was officially opened by Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on 21 May 1988.

ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้ง เป็น ศาสนสถานทางศาสนาพราหมณ์ ลัทธิศิวะนิกาย สร้างเมื่อพุทธศตวรรษที่ 16-18 อายุประมาณพันกว่าปีปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้ง ล้วนมีสิ่งก่อสร้างด้วยหินทรายที่งดงามลวดลายวิจิตรตะการตา ซึ่งแสดงความศรัทธาความเชื่อและความศักดิ์สิทธิ ของคนในอดีต ต่อศาสนาพราหมณ ์ลัทธิศิวะนิกาย ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้งเป็นศูนย์รวมแห่ง ความโดดเด่นงดงามในด้านศิลปะและสถาปัตยกรรม ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้ง ตั้งอยู่บนยอดเขาสูง 1,320 ฟุต จากระดับน้ำทะเล ทางขึ้นสู่ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้งสร้างด้วยหินทรายมีเสานางเรียงประดับสองข้างทางราวสะพานทำเป็นลำตัวพญานาค 5 เศียร ในวันขึ้น 15 ค่ำ เดือน 5 (ประมาณเดือน เม.ย.) ที่ปราสาทหินเขาพนมรุ้งจะเกิดปรากฏการณ์ทางธรรมชาติซึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นครั้งเดียวในรอบปี คือในยามเช้าช่วงระหว่างเวลาประมาณ 6:30-7:30 น. แสงพระอาทิตย์จะส่องทะลุประตูทั้ง 15 ช่อง จากทิศตะวันออกไปทิศตะวันตก
