The Morchit (also Mo Chit) Bus Station is the main bus station for buses to the northern destinations of Thailand. The Morchit bus station is located close to the area of the Chatuchak weekend market. From the bus station you can go to the Chatuchak market by tuk tuk or taxi, it is just a short ride away. Also close to the Morchit bus station at Chatuchak is the BTS (Bangkok Mass Transit System - BTS, www.bts.co.th) sky train station and the MRT subway (M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon Line / Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand, www.bangkokmetro.co.th) at Chatuchak Park.
